I’ve been in financial services for more than 32 years. Originally starting in pensions at Royal Sun Alliance, before moving to Scottish Life. I was fortunate enough to join Pavis in 2017.
After beginning in admin and paraplanning, I’ve moved on to managing staff and office, as well as developing into a compliance role.
I currently manage office facilities and staff, payroll and other similar duties. As well as this, I also manage some paraplanners and operations and compliance support staff. I ensure accounting and reporting is kept up to date and that we are following compliance.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Helping the firm make sure it meets its regulatory and compliance requirements while also helping develop staff where possible.
What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?
Relaxing with family, eating good food after watching my daughter win at football!
Where in the world can you not wait to get back to again?
I prefer to experience new things and places, although I’d like to take the family to New York and Las Vegas when they are old enough!
Where in the world have you never been but hope to get to visit one day?
Lots of places, there’s so much to explore!

Attention to the finest detail.
