I started in financial services more than 14 years ago, working for the CII in the Liverpool Insurance Institute. This was where I met Julie Calvert and Carly Dunningham, who I’m lucky enough to work with here at Pavis.
I assist the operations and compliance manager in the daily operation of the company. Whilst the job can vary from day to day, my main duties include banking, accounts and processing commission statements.

What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?
Weekend at the caravan, barbeque with family and friends or a walk along the beach.
Where in the world can you not wait to get back to again?
As long as I am surrounded by family I can be anywhere.
Where in the world have you never been but hope to get to visit one day?
USA Eastern cities tours including New York and Niagara Falls, my planned trip was postpone due to the pandemic.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned doing your job?
The importance of communication and not taking anything for granted.
What three things are guaranteed to put a smile on your face?
Family.
